Henway PCB Hardware, Firmware Design and Manufacturing specializes in the execution of custom electronics projects. When you engage with Henway, you will have access to engineers experienced in all custom PCB disciplines on an as-needed basis, industry-standard CAD outputs, project plans curated by experienced project managers, accurate time-tracking, and advice so that you remain in control at all times.
Our custom PCB hardware design department handles customer requirements (verbal, written, or brainstormed ideas), and documents these in a neat, templated format. Furthermore, the department defines pass/fail criteria for each hardware block in the system.
Once everything is known about the design, the engineers will get to design, builds, tests, and support the customer until the customer is able to replicate our same results in their own system.
We embrace the whole process of creating a product from a schematic to a prototype, to a pilot production unit, and to a production unit. Henway’s hardware professionals design a board layout for any complexity including high-speed PCBs, digital audio and video signals, DSP processors, analog circuits for different purposes, high-power switching schematics, low level analog front ends for sensors, and so on.
We are also staffed with engineers that specialize in FPGAs, wireless systems including low-powered Bluetooth, Wifi, and embedded cellular devices.
A typical deliverable consists of a product requirements document, hardware specifications document, circuit board / system block diagram, schematic in PDF format, engineering files, BOM in spreadsheet format, PCB Gerber Files with fab notes, several prototypes.
