In today’s featured photo, we showcase a product developed for a wrestling coach. The coach wanted to create a battery-powered Bluetooth-controlled product using a custom app featuring bright LEDs within a compact enclosure. The project involved researching the scope to ensure everything aligned with the coach’s budget before starting with development. Within the first phase, we identified a suitable enclosure from Takachi and an app template that complemented the coach’s brand.
With this new information, we reviewed our initial estimates and updated the project plan and timelines accordingly. The coach approved our new estimates, so we moved forward with creating an LED PCB powered by a Bluetooth module. We finished the project by producing a round of prototypes and are now waiting for the coach’s feedback on how the prototypes perform during real-world practice sessions.
