Design Reviews
On a call we’ll work through questions like:
* What the board needs to do
* What is fixed and what can still change
* What “done” means for this phase
* Whether this is a one-off, prototype run, or production-bound design
* What budget, timeline, or unit-cost target matters
This helps us avoid building a quote around bad assumptions.
Reverse Engineering
The goal is to lift the fog between where your project is now and what it will take to get it designed, prototyped, tested, quoted, or built.
When you see the quote, you should have a better sense of what kind of project this is and where the tough parts are. That clarity helps you decide what deserves attention now, what affects the budget most, and what can wait until later.

Simulation Before Building
When a project would benefit from it, we can use simulation to explore how a design may behave before committing to hardware.
Simulation can help us compare design options, identify potential trouble spots, and make better-informed decisions earlier in the project. It doesn’t replace prototyping and real-world testing, but it can help us begin those steps with fewer unknowns.
