Our client, an industrial adhesives company, required a machine to gauge compound strength under varying forces and vibrations. They wanted a custom mobile app to set the profiles, graph the results, and save the data. However, they lacked expertise in electrical engineering and were constrained by budget and timelines.
To address these challenges, we proposed utilizing off-the-shelf evaluation boards and a custom backplane to minimize costs and meet deadlines.
We developed the firmware, Bluetooth code, and mobile app.
Lastly, after validating the design, we completed the project by building ten sets of electronics.
